On December 27th, 2011 the President of the Italian Republic conferred to Massimo Andreoli the honour of “Knights of the Italian Republic” (Cavaliere al Merito della Repubblica Italiana) for special cultural merit.

2010, November: expert at the Cultural Routes EU-Council of Europe Joint Program 2010/2011 Study on the Impact of European Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs’) Innovation and Competitiveness, organized by the The Council of Europe - Directorate of Culture and Cultural and Natural Heritage, Strasbourg (France).
2010, October: person in charge by the Italian University of Milan “Bicocca” (Prof. Tullio Scovazzi) to study the Venetian Carnival as candidate to the “Intangible Cultural Heritage” UNESCO (1st report at international conference in Venice, October 22nd 2010 / 2nd report November 23rd 2013)
2010, September: chairman of the “Diano Medievale” project in South Italy for a sustainable tourism in historical field
2010, May: Italian representative to the international Medieval Rose Symposium Rhodos with the report: Tourism of memory and re-enactment -  History and cultural identity as a driver for an effective action of territorial marketing.
2010, May: person in charge by “Expo Venice Committee” and by the European Commission to organize the Italian delegation to the European Parade at the International Shanghai Expo 2010.
